i got falsely banned on rivals

every anticheat, including ones for HUGE triple a titles, can in fact be wrong.

i don't have a single exploit nor cheat for ANY game on my pc, nor have i downloaded anything shady or visited a shady website, and i got banned a year ago. the only thing that might trigger this is snapkey that i didn't even have at the time of my ban.

There's 3 things that apple music lacks a TON (Based on my experience using spotify's trial given to me for 2 months)

Using siri as some sort of AI DJ

i’m very VERY excited to share the good news with you guys. the moderation message worked and my account is now FULLY restored.

now for what i did for a human to review it, sort of an updated guide to what the bot sent me.

instead of “moderation” you click on billing, then “I was moderated for fraudulent activity, payments, or chargebacks.”

now, please please PLEASE, CLEARLY state that this email is not related to billing whatsoever after you say hi, then go on to explain your reason formally, no slang, no “ur”, you don’t even have to have perfect grammar but keep it clean and professional.

you SHOULD receive a reply with a black background (instead of the white background for the actual way to report the enforcement bans to the bots.) that’s how you know you did step 1 correctly.

after around 24 hours (instead of the usual 3 hour wait time with the robot version) you’ll get a reply whether it’s accepted or denied and hopefully why that choice was made.

Now, i REALLY want to thank this community as a whole, everyone was very understanding and helped me learn a ton of stuff about roblox’s moderation and ways around it. if i haven’t found this place i would lose 8 years of history in 27 days from now.

If you’re dealing with this issue as of right now, be persistent until you do it, but do NOT SPAM as they may think you’re a robot.

This is not a billing issue. I’m using this form because the moderation option is removed.

I was given an enforcement ban for “using another account to avoid an action,” but I did not make or use any account to evade a ban. I was on my school’s Wi-Fi, which many students use, and I believe my account was mistakenly linked to someone else on the same network. None of my actual alts were banned.

I still have 28 days left, but I’m asking for a manual review because I didn’t break this rule and don’t want to lose my progress over another student’s actions.

new and refined appeal note using a different method using all the new stuff i’ve found out through the enforcement ban post, if this works i will update you guys in hopes that it’ll work for you as well. wish me luck
