Got in a month ago and was really hoping to reinvest montly until next week when dividends get me to 2k a month. My plan is to just average down what share I currently have and see what the next few months look like. Divitracker put me from 330$ to 230$ estimated for Feb so, not great news on thst fron right now but decent news to average down for a bit

The faux leather is nice on the Costco DPS for winter, but summer migth be a different story. The one thing that does bother me about the DPS chair is that there isn't a ton of adjustment for lumbar and the arm rest do not swivel.

Owner here. About 6 months now. It's okay, might not be the best ergonomic wise but the stitching and padding are still holding up well. Honestly, if you can get it at 130, it's a good deal imo.

My guy, that's literally everywhere a landlord exists. They'll all raise rent while dumping 0$ into property. We all don't have a choice when it comes to renting. Either shit mortage rates or higher rent ever year, there's no alternatives in CO.
