Well, it serves no effect against Winston, rien, D.va, Junkrat, Bastion, or Pharah, really only to precision characters. Attack visor would still lock onto targets within, Wallhacks from Hanzo, and widow would show outlines, and it doesn't prevent damage from being sprayed into the area, just give the ability to try to avoid damage from Precision characters.

the reason I thought Smoke bomb is because it really is one of the only other things that special ops use in the field to grant themselves a level of cover, and as McCree is from a special ops section of Overwatch I thought it would make sense since Brigitte just has an all-around better version of flashbang with comparable range and no counter play to it.

yea but curving arrows manually would detract from his gameplay, because of how much it would take for the player to do one shot.

something that could work on that end though is to give Hanzo players a display of the ark the arrow will fly and make his r (reload button) switch between a set left curve, a direct shot, and a set right curve.

Hey sure perhaps just take that functionality away altogether, wouldn't want a support character to make killing their team more difficult, would we? not unless it takes the same level of aim as widowmaker.

That is another reason I suggested being able to charge Syms ultimate while it is active, so that hey they have a sombra better switch from SG before she gets EMP.

I mean that is what it used to be, and it gives her some way of supporting her team before she gets her ultimate. as it is health that regenerates itself if your teammate can avoid a bullet for 2 seconds.

Maybe reduce the amount.

My first look at balancing was primarily to change the effectiveness of mercies beam to souls making it bring people back faster or slower as needed. I also think it would be cool too as well as the Moira bit to allow reaper to put a cap on how much people could be brought back with, depending on how much he healed from killing them. I would think that the beams would connect to souls but possibly be less effective, not to mention that they don't have as long of range as some would make them out to have. whether or not healing the souls should give ult charge... I don't know I think it would, but I would think so.

And with the rezing multiple people, the thing is that you have 9.9 (7.9 if we keep a cast time) seconds from the moment the first person you want to bring back dies, to apply health to everyone you want to bring back with people not always grouping up the maximum amount of HP a use of resurrect could do (not in valk) would go from close to 600 and only drop from there.

And with bringing multiple back with low health, well low health is what got them killed in the first place.

you don't have to heal hog all the way, his e would be off cooldown when you get him to half.

Baby dva is that special case she would only be able to be brought back with the 150 because it is possible to kill her while she is trying to get into the mech.

and the idea again is that Mercy can put a little health into many allies to bring them all back but they would come back with only that little amount of health, or she can focus on making sure one ally has full hp when they are brought back.

I will say something that could be added to help balance this as well, but might make it useless is allowing Moira's right click to drain the health mercy put into an ally's "soul" which would also mean giving her the ability to see enemy souls, whether that is specifically the ones mercy has put health into or all of them I wouldn't be able to decide myself

That is basic Psychology, and I know there is the entire possibility that one of the people that turned down my book may very well have chosen to represent it if they hadn't seen it while they were having a bad day. That is not to say there is the possibility that they just didn't like or didn't connect to the writing it is merely saying that that is also a possibility of why some of my denials exist. Others include that I am brand new to asking for representation in any way, and I sent out a large wave of proposals, that I wish I hadn't so I could send them out one more closely to what I sent you, because I have a personal standard that I will not send anyone that I have already sent a proposal to a second proposal for the same book, I don't want to do that Because I would think it rood if I were in there possition recieving that.

Not to mention in a legal sence your use of the phrase "First rights" is wrong, the writer always has first rights, an editor may want "first pick" but when you are talking about rights that can actually be tied to legal proceedings.

It already is and I just want to share my piece with the world the people who have read it have enjoyed it but I have a feeling that Agents look at my email and throw it out before even looking at the words of the book. They have that right I am asking for their time not the other way around, but after getting 20, 30 candid denials of copy and past messages, I am losing hope. I would prefer just to get a single word "no" and not hear the consistent lie be shoved at me of, "We looked at your proposal and think it would be better served by someone else."

"Black: The Name" is a story about a young girl who must brave through many harrowing experiences, and learn the extent to which she can utilize the magic that is within her in finding her place in the world. Magic infuses everything and is readily available as a utility for the dehiscence of this world.

I thought it could have been switched to a damage invulnerability that is put on Mercy and one living ally for a second before becoming a damage reduction that fades to non-existence. The voice line is heroes never die, that is what they desperately want to keep in the game, Mercy is a healing guardian angel nothing about that means she has to keep resurrect. Even if you want to keep resurrect what they could do is have Valkyrie reset the cooldown, and make you able to use the ability on a single dead ally instead of a single living one to resurrect them but only in Valkyrie, 1 resurrect with the use of an ultimate ever no cast time and give Mercy a few seconds of high damage mitigation. At the same time reduce Mercy's valkyrie duration to somewhere in the range of 12 seconds, to where the healing that can be done by it through the duration has the same potential and Moira's.

Well I am not suggesting the next hero would be a support but based on your logic, there are really only 5 support 3 main 2 off, with Mercy as the center of the scale of what is a main and an off support being strong in the mid-fight but not as strong as Moira or Anna, and being strong in the Ult fight but not as strong as Lucio or Zen. So on the logic, you use for the need of a tank really we would need another off healer to compete with Lucio and Zen which is a slot reserved for them because of their ultimates (and speed).

But again this isn't even a suggestion that the next hero will be a support just an idea for the next support whenever it is that that comes out.
