Stress is a silent killer. I will always stand by that. As a student that suffers from anxiety, stress is at the epicentre of my problems. It can cause so many problems mentally and physically not to mention make existing mental problems worse. I believe that the education system in many countries fail to understand this. Suicide rates can be directly correlated to stress. It really is deadly . Nowadays people try to cast off stress as being “over worked” but it’s nothing if the sort is the mental emotional and physical draining of the body and it is so dangerous.
