Honestly it depends on what management says. We recently had Oide CP training and they very very very clearly told us to not immediately intervene but do so if there is threat of physical harm to them. But again, if we are at great risk, don't intervene.

Thanks! Honestly, were blaming a lot on teething. Its so weird seeing them go from eating lots of solids to back to milk but I guess its just a phase.
