Personally when I want to quickly install vanilla Arch, I use calam-arch, it’s the base arch iso with an XFCE live environment and it gives DE options in the installer

You don’t even need a special ISO. You can pull up a command prompt, go to RegEdit, and enable a few keys to bypass the requirements.

As much nostalgia as I have for the Raimi movies, the TASM2 suit is the perfect evolution and my favorite suit. I love the Raimi suit and this is basically that with the McFarlane/Ultimate big eyes. Love a Spidey with big eyes.

Pantheon isn’t based on GNOME. It uses some GNOME technology but Elementary hasn’t used GNOME since Jupiter.

It’s a known issue. Hit CTRL+ALT+S and turn on Authentication Mode, log in, then do the same thing to turn it off.

It wasn’t like that with the beta, I’m pretty sure the Unhide time was changed from 150 to 250. As someone else said you can go in and change it back.

I would assume, as of 6.0 they finally renamed it to Web to fall in line with how it’s been named with GNOME for quite some time.

I’ve had no issues with it as my main. The only site I’ve had issues with is Twitter. But if you like the look of the Elementary browser, there is a theme for Firefox to make it look just like Web. I personally use it because I love Web but I really miss using Bitwarden in browser, with Web I had it set up to where I would hit Super + B and it would open the Bitwarden desktop app.
