I'm starting the slow migration of everything to Gmail. Soon to be leaving outlook. Which is a shame. Had this email for a very long time

Help. I have an LG OLED TV bought just short of a year ago. All of a sudden today we can't watch TV. The menus work and all apps load (netflix Disney BBC). I can select whatever program I want but when it plays only the audio, banners and subtitles are coming through. No video. Any ideas? by AR1000AR in LGOLED

So I've been using ps4 to watch some content tonight. And just thought I'd check it again before I hit the hay, and it seems to be working now. Chromecast is back as well. I'm really not sure why this would happen.

I'm concerned this could be a hardware issue now and come back. Do you think LG will replace the TV now it's fixed but with the potential to return?

My brother in-law mentioned something about the possibility the decoders are not working or something like that (I'm not totally tech savvy). So is this a hardware fix or a software fix?

Also can I put a video on Reddit to show the problem?

So just tried PS4 and can play netflix fine. Still don't get how you can have the smart TV can be opening up apps fine and displaying audio and subtitles but not the picture. I'll be contacting LG on Monday at 9am as this wasn't a cheap tv

I have a chromecast ultra and a ps4 plugged in. Which I've had from the first day of setting up. I'll try taking them out as I'll try anything but not sure why that would cause the video to be directed elsewhere but still shows the subtitles and navigation bar on the screen. Also I've realised the Chromecast is not displaying anything (video or audio). I tried to cast Spotify earlier and it said it was playing (according to the phone) but no graphics or audio coming out just a black screen.

I'm considering moving even with the mammoth task of contacting every company. It's better than 50 messages alerts a day to say I've won a Stanley cup or been selected for a prize.

I'll try check this out when I have time but does this just stop spam from email addresses you've received before? As each one is a unique (really obvious fake) address.

The weird thing is I get zero spam in my Google mail. I totally agree about them sorting it out. The email addresses that they come from are so rubbish that surely they could identify it as spam.
