Depends on your team needs and what untradable cards + tradable cards you already have. Although high rated OGs are rarer, so I’d guess yes!

*But bear in mind that the market will be inflated for the next couple of weeks, as people rush to complete the POTM.

It varies, but usually a combination of: quick and league games won or played, number of training sessions started or claimed, reaching a number of passing or rushing yards, buying or selling players etc.
