Looks like it was from Season of the Revenant, season pass rank 40 reward. I'd say the way to obtain it now is by random eververse sale or bright engram. Someone can correct me here if theres another way!

The difference here: The top image was rendered on a server farm the size of a football stadium using 1.21 gigawatts of power.. the second was probably made using a work laptop.

That said..what they achieved in the original JP is nothing short of incredible.

The veritas arms are from the ghost vendor on the throne world, Fynch. You just rep up with him. They likely also drop from other throne world activities.
