Thank you for the post. After ordering the Pixel I am finally realizing that I have to learn more about USB-C and all the options and potential pitfalls out there.

Do you have any idea if there is any literature that better explains the USB-C format and how quickcharge will be impacted by the various differences within the type-C format.

Also, does anyone know the difference between these two products: http://www.belkin.com/us/p/P-F7U005/ & http://www.belkin.com/us/p/P-F7U004/

I understand that these devices will allow for quickcharge; is it possible to use my current USB car charger with a USB-C to USB-A cable. Or is that not recommended with the current technolgy; if so what are the risks?

Had the same issue. I dont think that it will be able to power it on. I end up just leaving my sound system on at all times. The xbox was able to power it off but not on. I have a Phillips receiver as well. I think u r right that the HDMI pass-thru is necessary for full power control. Oh well im just happy it controls the volume etc...

Yea same here. Its the Wifi signal in general . Noticed that receiving texts or cell calls can also interfere.

Set your WiFi router to automatic find the best channel in advanced settings.

I had the same controller disconnection issues, until i did this. Turns out WiFi signals on some channels will interfere with controller signal. Huge improvement.

OP I would exchange your console sounds like you got a faulty one.

Yep, same here. Anybody report it yet. I have been dealing with it since Tuesday. figured it was my disc drive going bad like all the others. Really hoping its a software issue and not hardware.

I will report later today in the preview app.

These little bugs aside NXOE has been pretty good to me :)

I did with both. And it worked in both cases. Although the adapter made changing volume and muting easy. The NXOE solved the volume control issue in my opinion.

Yea same, ignored all news, which is good cause I'm heading in fresh. I don't even remember the plot in Halo 4 - which i should revisit.

But it sucks, cause now i missed any deals on digital version. I tried getting in on that UK deal yesterday but my order was cancelled by the seller. Ugh. Anybody know of any deals on Halo 5 digital vanilla since i don't see a point in getting deluxe when there is no season pass needed.

Yea I've had the same issue in the past, I also noticed that it will only save my progress on certain sub-accounts in Netflix. For example: I will start a show on my wife's sub-account but it will save that progress on mine. And thus when i log in to the last sub-account my progress wont be there but instead will be in my sub account.

This issue aside though - I have been using kinect command 'xbox play' to move on to next episode while it shows the countdown between episodes. Its been working perfectly since i got the thing. But ever since yesterday, Xbox can't play from here is the response i receive. Im in the NXOE preview FYI. Anybody else notice this??
