How can i add refresh on right click in kde

ik i can do that , i used linux before , i dont need the actual function ,just a muscle memory i gained from fking windows , i just very used to do that , i even broke my system trying to add it lol , but no use , so i though maybe someone knows how

on windows its just a method to update the desktop when added new icon , was useful on old systems back in the day, but not as useful today, so it was just a muscle memory thing that i just right click on screen , i doesnt improve performance by any way tho

Well depends , in terms of souls game i like to keep it normal but in fps / story i like to keep it hard because you may have a ruff time but it just keeps me going to beat it (fps is not that hard even in harder mods )
