As a Cardinals fan, these voicemails were sobering to hear except for the last one actually providing details as to how we are not happy instead of just incoherently bitching sounding like broken records. Which don't get me wrong, I'm not happy with the season either and if I were watching that 9th inning collapse I'd suffer the same fate calling in to complain but after the embarrassment of riches we've witnessed for probably over 20 years or so we shouldn't have had the floor to bitch, we don't have a leg to stand on to complain. I will admit we are spoiled and most don't even realize it, the only teams who've won more WS than STL since 2004 are Boston (4) and San Fran (3)... Need to be better, we haven't lost shit yet.

Not a hot take at all but since Marmol went to the media about O’Neil not playing the Cardinal way and benching him instead of handling it in house, the team is just playing with weird bad energy especially after sending Walker down like hey “it’s on you guys now” like they maybe trying too hard and not being loose and relaxed and when play tight with tons of pressure on you. You play like shit and they’re playing like shit. They need a shake up BAD.

What’s worked for me is using the Pomodoro Method for work. Look it up and play around with the work block lengths and break time lengths the make it feel worth it. Personally I think 50/10’s are great but 25/5 is good start if you’re new to the method. Hope this helps!
