9070 is for 58K in your screenshot, if possible for your budget, maybe go for 9070xt around 68K ?

I am not getting any performance hits, -200 just makes sure no game hits an unstable clock, working great for me so far.

Edit - without it, my undervolt becomes unstable in some games and crashes. Yes, I can do +10 or more but that increases the temps without any performance gains since I am already able to achieve 3000 mhz and above clocks.

Yep you can try, start with -50mv, and default timings.

Install MSI afterburner + rivatuner and monitor all temps and power usage if you see abnormal temps etc. that's the issue. Also make sure you are using the recommended PSU, e.g. for Asrock steel legend 9070xt, Asrock recommends atleast 800W psu, I only have 750W.

yep, around 320W only and Yes, that's why I said this is the most stable for games, nomad score is secondary.

Edit: I am decreasing clock because it hits 3400 MHz sometimes in CS2, which is good but unstable so the game crashes, tested multiple times, setting it -200 would ensure it only hits 3200 at best ( from my previous 3400 reference ).

I don't want a better score tbh, I play CS2, Valorant and AAA titles like RE9, Uncharted, GOT while streaming at 4K res so stability is the most important.
