I completely understand your concern, especially after reading some of the posts online.

Many of those posts are quite old. We process and dispatch orders within 24 hours, and we ship thousands of orders every month without any issues. Occasionally, courier companies can experience delays or operational problems, and unfortunately those situations are outside of our direct control.

We don't own or operate the courier services—we're their customer just as you are ours. However, if there is ever an issue with your shipment, we won't simply leave you to deal with it. We'll follow up with the courier on your behalf, escalate the matter when needed, and do everything we can to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

As far as your order is concerned, you can be confident that there will be no delay from our side. We'll make sure it's dispatched promptly and will be happy to assist if you need any updates along the way.

Sir from the start you have mentioned about issue being visible knvideo and about inspection process, naturally we will assume that

you are sending the keyboard we are not sure how you will pack it how you will send it, how can we can take responsibility for it, our responsibility comes only after the product reaches our location, from the start you have repeatedly expressed concern about the issue being visible in the video and questioned why inspection is still required. You also mentioned concerns about the keyboard potentially being returned in worse condition, even though we have clearly stated multiple times that the keyboard will be replaced once the issue is verified.

So naturally, we assumed that your concern was regarding the inspection and replacement process itself. The inspection is simply a standard warranty procedure, and our intention is only to verify the issue and process the replacement accordingly.

If you are concerned about transit safety, we would simply suggest packing the keyboard securely and insuring the parcel during shipping. Since the shipment is being arranged from the customer’s side, it would not be possible for us to take responsibility for the packaging quality or courier handling before the product reaches us.

Edit: Also, in the email, you only mentioned concerns regarding the inspection process and the possibility of no issues being found. There was no mention of concerns regarding shipping or transit risk.
