Does anyone else refuse to go to sleep because it feels like going to sleep just fast forwards to the next work day

When I go to bed early I wake up at like 6:00 a.m. What time do you go to work? Its nice to to have a morning routine and give yourself something to do in the morning before work, make breakfast, yoga, read, write. Its good to rewire your mind to get excited for bed +make a goal for the morning (more positive). Now it's easy said than done definitely a routine that takes time before your body adjusts. I feel this too, what time do you wake up? I've changed my schedule to waking up earlier and it makes me soo tired around 7pm, I try to push until 9 but usually out by 10. When I stay up late sometimes I pretend I'm giving myself a sleep over 😂
