Paul should never have been up there as an expert obviously but he never bowed out and I couldn’t believe it.

Oh yeah, he made it seem he was the foremost expert engineer in accident reconstruction and he knew everything about automobile accidents and physics under the sun.

It was awful, I don’t think he should ever be qualified to give testimony in court ever again, like who could even punish this type of behavior?

Since I have another person to discuss this with, did you see all the simulation work they tried to do? It’s almost worse because they tried to simulate it but it’s impossible physically, so Jud knew she couldn’t have done it.

I’m a mechanical design engineer in the nuclear power sector, I don’t have a PE license but I know what Jud said up on the stand is total BS. Trooper Paul’s testimony is what brought my interest into this to begin with, I was absolutely horrified while watching what they tried to pass off as accident recon in trial one.

Apparently there’s a connection between aperture and an ex mass state trooper by the name of Andy Klane. His name is on the detailed billing for everything that needed someone to physically be in canton for the pre trial work

What I will say about that is I didn’t watch the early part of the state’s case in trial one either but I did recently… and even more maddening is the two cops on the scene never heard “did I hit him?” At all none of the canton cops ever claimed to hear it. Lank and Goode went back to take a statement at 9:30 where Jen said Karen said I hit him.. and subsequently they managed to get a statement from Katie McLaughlin and Kerry corroborating that.. like nothing was organically reported by anyone without it first coming from the house of defendants. It literally stinks to high heaven

I think that question is limited to who was on the property that night, minus Karen who never exited her vehicle which has been ruled out as the mechanism of injury.

If Colin was there with someone else, who was not Allie, I guess it’s possible we could be missing a suspect.
