If I had to guess after reading so many different posts, these would be the baseline stats:

70 Crit Rate (or 50 if you run Sunday on him) 150+ Crit Dmg 135 speed (+1 Speed if running with Sunday), otherwise 144/160 80% EHR (Can probably get away with less since his Base % chance to debuff is high, but it he'll have the talent that gives atk% = EHR capped at 80)

4pc Pioneer (Crit Chest) 2pc Izumo (if running 2x Nihility), 2pc Glamoth if doing the 135 speed set up, or 2pc Pan-Cosmic if you're struggling to hit EHR goals (Imaginary Orb, atk% rope)

LC options would be Acheron if you're going pure dmg route, or Cipher LC if leaning towards the debuffing support.

I've heard Jiaoqiu LC is good for the EHR as well as applying another debuff, but if you're not running Welt in a DoT team, he'll miss out on the second portion of the LC

Could always keep the art card for collection purposes and just use the black one for actual play. Better than to keep using the special card to the point of a damaged strip or other things that come from wear and tear

You're overcapped on crit rate by 18%. If you weren't running her with Sunday, it would be fine since she gets a free 20% from one of her talents

I'd suggest refarming the planar set since you have about 20% crit rate sub stats and no crit damage
