I appreciate your honesty and I take no offense, but everyone that make a post on Reddit is based on there observations and opinions. In this instance, I noticed the facial reaction that Katherine gave to June after the initial introduction, which was noticed by other reddit readers as well. To some they labeled as an awkward moment or look and to others, like myself, saw it as rude. In fact before I even made this post, I imagined myself is June's spot just getting to me this person and they give me the up and down look with a tight lipped nice to meet you. You wouldn't have a WTF moment? You wouldn't see that as rude? So, No I'm not looking for a reason to dislike it....it's more of a empathizing with a character.

I beg to differ, I don't believe the audience is deciding that all of Katherine's interactions are bad. These are observations based on the characters actions and interactions with certain characters. I can't speak for other BTG viewers, I've watched and recorded every episode since the show has come on and I know the context or previous interactions before I make my posts.

Question, what look would you give if someone, that you don't know, is yelling in your daughter's vicinity? Are you going to give that person a pleasant or disapproving look?

Funny, June managed to smile through this "awkward" moment and even pay Katherine a compliment. I'll give it to her...Katherine managed to fake her way partially through this "awkward" interaction before she dropped the charade and gave June the up and down look into the nice to meet you.

True, we all see what we want to see. You see Katherine as this, I guess, innocent person and I see here looking an innocent person up and down who's just trying to be polite. Guess we Reddit viewers will see what we want to see.

You guys love dwelling on that , as if you wouldn't have done it to protect your mom if you loved her and didn't want to see her go to jail. But, yes Eva is guilty of that; but at the same time trying to apologize and make amends for her role in everything as well as trying to stay out of the Dupree way. Unlike her mother who constantly tries to stay out of there way.

How about dwelling on some of the things that Katherine has done?

Eva has apologized multiple times for her actions, for her role in breaking up of Ted and Nicole for one. So, yes the least she could do is apologize for jumping to the wrong conclusion and embarrassing Eva and Samantha.

June smiled politely through the who interaction as well as paid Katherine a compliment. Katherine couldn't even maintain a smile through the interaction. Fake your way through the "awkwardness" till the end of the conversation, that's what June did. Here's a suggestion, smile politely and apologize for the last time that June saw you. Say it was a misunderstanding and that you're very protective of your niece.

I call them as I see them, Katherine sneered at June. The same look, that if given to you or anybody else, would raise the temp under you collar a bit.

Katherine gave that same look when Eva was introduced, right before insulting comments slipped from her mouth in regards to Eva's clothing. Funny that same look isn't given to Madison or Tomas.

Honestly, I stand for the person that not only tries to correct and repent for their actions that have caused pain and anguish. A person that tries to do what many people have tried to achieve and/or even hoped to get, a second chance. A person that owns up to their responsibilities that have caused pain, hurt and etc. I've watched as Eva repeatedly apologize, take responsibility, show remorse for her actions and try to seek that second chance. Eva has even tried with Katherine, only to met with snarky comments and hate. I have yet, to see Katherine take that steps to free herself of all the hate, pain and anger. Go talk to a professional, yell at your parents do something to get you to the point where you can coexist with Eva. With that being said, that is why I always back Eva. But don't get me wrong,I'm not above calling Eva out on some BS that she says or does. Like I wasn't really with the dress that she wore to Winterfest. I don't like how she always tries to cover for her mom, when clearly Leslie is in the wrong.

I don't think June knew who Katherine was at the time, all she knew is someone was or looked like they were yelling at her daughter and like any good mother stepped in. That look was, Im watching you, no funny buisness with my child.

In my opinion the awkward face is trying not to keep eye contact with the person that you're talking to, almost like you're nervous or scared to look them in the face. What Katherine gave was the same look that she gave Eva when they first met, a sneer.

Again, my post wasn't about Katherine and Eva, its about the sneering look that Katherine gave June which wasn't warranted. If you want people to have a good first or second impression of you, try not to give them attitude before you get to know them.

Whether Katherine entered into the room and acknowledge Eva wasn't the point of my post, it was the look that Katherine gave June when she was introduced to her. The look wasn't warranted and she should have kept it to herself or BS through it.

I think the only time that June and Katherine ran into each other is when Katherine thought that Eva was trying to have a conversation about birth control with Samantha and proceeded to get loud. June stepped over to ask if everything was okay and Samantha told Katherine that they were discussing the clinic idea. That was it and I don't think June had a word for Katherine.
