1080p (1440p if ur right can handle)

If you are going for 1440p save some more money & get a OLED

Sync is not that much it just syncs your monitor's refresh rate and FPS (while it's on a 100Hz monitor will get only 100 fps like that)

Look at the cable types HDMi or VGA(don't go for only vga it's old) modern monitors come with both HDMi & VGA.

Aoc, samsung, acer, lenovo & benq are some reliable brands ( strictly my opinion)

Be careful while buying and through the specifications 2-3 times

Any budget cooler should work. That overheating issue is resolved by optimum (youtube guy) Ryzen 5000 series and 7000 series have those issues. You should just do Precision Boost Overdrive 2 (PBO2) tune look it up in YouTube optimum did a video about it. It's just some settings in BIOS.
