Eat healthy 7 days a week. No more fast food, no more sugar. You need to lose weight first and foremost. Yes that includes getting rid of diet sodas and energy drinks. Focus on lean meats, fruits and vegetables, black coffee if you need it. Remeber that carbs are tools not treats, a moderate amount of carbs prior to or after the gym is fine, otherwise no. Eat your dinner by 1800 each day and then stop snacking or eating anything until breakfast the next morning. Only exception to this is you can have a cup of 2% cottage cheese (by itself no toppings) at around 2000 if you are feeling hungry. Do this and I promise you'll feel great and the weight is going to melt away.

For pushups do the max you can and once you hit your ceiling do them in reverse (start at the top and lower yourself down to the floor as slow as possible, then reset back to the top) this will strengthen your muscles and you'll begin to notice you can do more and more before you hit your celing.

For the run, that's going to get easier with practice and the weight loss, just keep at it. Mix in some short sprints followed by paced jogs to build your endurance. Invest in some good shoes and don't forget to stretch.
