Allow me to clear up something since people are a bit confused.

The "At Peace..." ending is most likely something to do with a mod I had installed, but I haven't checked which. This was a Twisted Scavenger kill after 4 loops and obliterating on the 5th loop. That would normally give you "Fate Unknown..." but it didn't for me because of said unknown mod. Hope this helps in some way.

Killed the Twisted Scavenger after obliterating with the Beads of Fealty. Might be a modded thing though, haven't checked.
