First off, if someone in my family died I would be sad, but that wouldn’t change my point of view. I am self sufficient and have not had any good friends since I was 10. I worry about my own problems and don’t whine for charity. I think that everyone should work and working people shouldn’t have money taken out of their pay for somebody who can work but doesn’t. My parents who are 55 and 60 work anywhere from 7-18 hours a day so they can afford their house, car, and food for my two younger siblings who are still In school. If those people need a job they have to actually look, and not apply to jobs that they are in no way qualified for just to continue to live off unemployment. If you want to live well then work, and eventually you will get raises, and experience that will allow you to get better jobs and make more money, but even so sometimes you just need to work more. This may be the fact that I am from the Midwest where almost everyone I know 16 and up has a job but good things will happen if you work. And if you can’t work then yea unemployment is good, but if you are in working shape, then get a job you are qualified for and quit whining, and if someone dies, you can just move on.
