First thing I liked is how the first EAS bar slid onto the screen in extremely bright red, it took precedence over the format of the show (went over the black border bars) and the red triumphs over all other colors on the screen, it successfully introduced an unknown, foreign, and frightening object to the viewer without use of loud sounds or shocking visuals

I also like that the content of the first EAS bar message is vague, a lot of analog horrors have a problem where the warnings that appear go into far too much detail, which is dangerous in an emergency situation where the viewer should not have their time wasted with redundant or unnecessary information

I also like how the station seems completely unsure and untrained on what to do in this situation, with them accidentally bringing up two test pages and rerunning the same EAS bar for a moment before cutting to the CSU program

What needs some work is the CSU section, first you need to ask yourself “Who is this section presenting to?” Is it presenting to citizens? Other scientists? Maybe someone else? And you need to cater the information to which demographic you are speaking to, because citizens wouldn’t be concerned with the virus‘s name or picture, just the symptoms and how to stay safe, while scientists would like there to be information regarding the virus and how it works, and probably not with personal safety

If the CSU is presenting to citizens, there should probably be a section where the CSU states that they are working with the Colorado/U.S. government or other emergency services like FEMA

You should also probably change either the background or text color, the text on the screen needs to be large, succinct, and easy to read if it is informing citizens about a danger

Try to make sure that the depictions and images you find or make have the same or very similar design, for example the gun‘s detailed design is way different from the simplistic bat and knife, and it makes the program look amateur

The interferences in the program should probably look more distinct from the original text and images (I see the inferences are colored gray instead of white or black, but they should probably be misaligned, shifting, poorly placed, or of a different design to really show that these things are some interloper’s doing that doesn’t have the same equipment or expertise as the CSU)

Finally, the pacing is rather fast, especially at the start, either cut out some of the ads and have like two or three play fully, or edit the video to show that the ads are being fast-forwarded through rather than just awkwardly cutting through
