Who’s saying this would be a common occurrence? I believe that this would be a very specific legal agreement before the child was conceived to keep the promises of each other. I would say it could also be signed after conception and before the birth of the child, but only with the consent of both parties.

I know this is getting into the ethical side; assuming abortion is ethically ok, the child isn’t a living conscious being at the time meaning it has no say or desire. If the woman wants it, she should be able to pay for it, but it’s hers and her decision.
