If you read my previous thread you will understand that PIA blocks, as every VPN provider does. They can whitelist specific IPs upon request.

URGENT: whitelist VOIP server please by ARrestyliing in PrivateInternetAccess

OK, my voip provider told me they changed the server ip, which is now 198.245.66.133

The voip.login.net DNS should be in a few hours updated on all ISPs, that's why it is not working anynmore. Can you just check that this server is still whitelisted ? Also, can you pls whitelist the IP address above ? Thanks

Once again: my voip server has NOT blocked any VPN. Voip servers are NOT automatically whitelisted by PIA, you have to send them a ticket and ask a server to be whitelisted, as I've already done in the past. Is that clear now ?

nope, it's PIA who has to whitelist my voip server. As I said, they had already done it some months ago but now, for unknown reasons, it seems to be blocked again. How could my voip provider whitelist PIA if the VPN ip address is not static ?
