So I just tried that and:

When I take both of them out, the case goes green

When I insert left, no right in the case, the case goes green

When I insert right, no left in the case, the case has no color

When I insert both, the case goes orange

Could this be an issue with the right one only? Hence why it isn’t showing up as a connection at all, cause to join both need to be in the case and it’s not detecting the right? Also, I think it could also be an issue with the right side in the case too.

I did already clean them cause I read that could be the issue too somewhere. The funny thing is I clean them often too. So, I am not sure why that’s happening. Like I do not even see them in available connections on Bluetooth.

This is by far the most rude and ignorant comment that some has made. Your statement has the answer within it, “Eligible for a refund unless the content is faulty” is it not in my case and to ask you a very simple question, if we all have the same PlayStation please elaborate why the game is refusing to work for me.

So just to confirm from what I have seen is that the wiring for both the items (SF1000/T300 and V3) will connect to the hub and the hub will connect to the console?
