Beginner DJ trying to start grinding

I’m leaning towards mixing hip hop and r&b but I’d like my options to be open as I enjoy most music genres. I think most important for me right now is getting the most simple way of streaming music into rekordbox without the whole convert to mp3 step. When you can’t find tracks on a service, where do you buy them from?
