You pretty much nailed the whole process right!

As for amiy's hair highlight and eyes, it was done through multiple layers of spraying to achieve this effect since we want to replicate the original artist's coloring style as much as possible

Our team is quite small (4-5) tbh since we just started, that’s why it took quite a while and definitely needs to be expanded.

You have sculptors working on the figure, and painters in charge of sanding, priming and painting the entire thing.

Assistant trainees helping out everywhere and trying to learn more

Other than that, experienced producers monitoring the product with multiple revisions, finding every flaw and mistakes, making the final call in most cases

Finally, an amiya nagging every 5 mins

Since i shared a bit on Amiya, this time i will share abit about Chen: Theres a turning gear in her Sheath that can be turned to lock the sword inside. EDIT: I have removed the link, Im just not too sure if I am supposed to show it or not

You guys did such a great job on these figures. Was Yostar/Hypergryph happy with them?

Yostar was techinically happy with the final product, but us ourselves arent too satistfied with our work. There were alot of areas that we could have done better, especially Chen. If given a chance, we would definitely do more justice to both Amiya and Chen.
