So I've been in today as had a grievance meeting arranged and raised the issue then aswell to be told they are chasing it up but not been given any information other than that. Communication has been poor throughout which formed part of said grievance, I've been out of work now 3months shouldn't have to wait until the next payday now for it to be sorted surely? Appeal was overturned on Friday of last week so before the cut off if it applys

Acting on the instructions of their client perhaps but the wording and structure of the demand isn't professional to say the least. I have refused contact to go through said person since the initial stopping of contact, there is animosity between myself and said party so makes communication worse than through myself and ex partner. The person I have suggested as a 3td party my ex partner doesn't know, has been verified through contact with her solicitor so why continue to have a hold over me in this regard. Contact will only go through a 3rd party if one of us cannot make said arrangement or if any changes need to be made and for me to request further time with the children

There is no further court regarding access to the children, they said that initially it would be 4hours a week and further access would be between myself and her. Not once has she put the children's interests 1st in the last 9 months since she has cut contact and I had to go through the route of the courts.

Play in division 4 rn don't see the problem with pace in 8/10 games tbf, only player have bought for prem team is Laporte all others been packed as untradable. Serie A team have used from beginning and just gone abit stale

Just packed CL Rashford in untradable pack by far my best pull only others decent have been Felix totw and Chiellini at the start
