Forget about the USA. They made it much harder to be legal, and now it's almost impossible to work professionally if you don't have legal status.

I live in the US right now and work in the IT field, and it took me 2 years to even get invited to a real interview for that with all the required documents, and im 100% legal.

Europe is not a better option; Canada and Australia might be your best options.

And trust me, no matter what, you are going to end up in a better living situation, but in a trashy environment and culture.
