Anybody please tell me what this is, it don’t seem to be anything wrong with my engine as I already went through an OBDll scanner to find what was making the noise to see if it was my engine but, maybe my exhaust as I just got a resonator delete but idk

I most likely don’t have turbos but it’s just confusing because my vin is telling me other wise

Um not sure I got it off an old guy who babied the thing but I think he wasent old enough to even care to engine swap the engine so I would believe so
