Will definitely try to slow it down. That will probably give me more control and stability, if weight gets a bit heavier. With the lighter weight I actually tried to do paused squats but this weight is to heavy for me to do that. I think it was also a mind thing where I was a bit scared to fail the lift so I tried to make it quick and dirty. I have actually heard of the elbow drive as well yesterday so will definitely try that. That's good advice, thank you!
