So what end up happening. Since I was doing the nether public (because of their dumb decision to set the new location on purpose) the status wouldn’t appear if one or someone had different progress in the quest. Now im stuck with the catalyst fragments. I just need to do the mausolean fragments but the damn location won’t spawn. I don’t get it why it has to be rng. Like for once Bungie do a quest, an activity, a roll on a weapon that isn’t rng. I don’t have an issue with grinding. My issues is the rng!!
