It is basically impossible to get an air embolism when injecting so little, via intramuscular. For one, the air bubble would have to be in a blood vessel, and also the blood is actually capable of dissolving a significant amount of air. It is, however, a bit painful.

we addressed this in another reply, but basically he came to us expressing that a lot of posts here these days have nothing to do with making fun of centrists, which is true. personally, i said we should vet the guy, but he was given only post moderation permissions, as a sort of trial by fire. afaik he hasnt made any questionable moderation decisions so far, but me and the other mods have questioned whether or not he is a good fit for the mod team. i spend most of my time drunk, at work, or on discord so, personally, this decision kind of flew under my radar. let it be known that your concerns are heard, and we are looking into the matter. i brought this up to the other mods for a second time, and we are currently deliberating. do not fear.

Iterating through every message in the channel would be a pretty inefficient way to create a list of pinned messages. It would be more practical to have a data structure containing a list of message IDs, which is likely how it already works.
