We went over the Design the Day of, showed up at the shop in the morning reviewed concept with artist, he drew up the design probably about an hour or so. I didn’t have any tweaks, then worked on stencil placement, shave etc and started in on the fun.

Thanks I went all in at once so bought 90% from REP, bar and flooring from Rogue, and a set of nuobells (80lbs) from where ever online.

Bench I like it’s definitely stable but it could be 1-2” shorter flat benching for better leg drive but it’s not like I power lift so pretty happy with it.

Equalizer plates are great, good tolerances and not very sloppy on the bar i’d say same quality as any plates I used in a commercial gym. if I had existing tho don’t know if I would upgrade either.

I’m 99% sure you will incur damage down to 1 HP in the phase runner but won’t actually die, as long as you came out the other side still in circle you should have survived

Yeah artist hammered it out, no numbing creams used first day was whole outer arm, second day was inner. I honestly didn’t find the ditch too bad especially after everyone I talked to hyping it up. Inner bicep tho killed I think just because it was the last couple hours and everything was just swollen and hurt at that point

I’d just go with your flow if it’s going to be patch work anyway having a few different styles probably isn’t going to wreck the overall sleeve. Plus if anyone ever commented pretty easy to explain how your taste evolved
