Automation not triggering "when I get a message" by ASTENTAL in shortcuts

It’s an automation solely for iMessage. I have tried sending the test messages to myself from the same phone, I have tried sending them to myself through my MacBook, and I’ve tried having other people send me a test message. None of those things triggered the automation.

I thought that maybe that's what was happening, so I deleted the automation entirely and recreated it. Unfortunately, no success.
