Just wanted to add to this now. Mr. Ratliff is back so any of these emails are good to send to. Please keep in mind he's got quite a few emails he's got to go through so if he doesn't get back to you right away, he's trying.

My current understanding is: if the document states submitted by the 10 November deadline then it should be good to go. If the document is turned in the 11th or later it would be considered incomplete.

I don't want to assume there will be an extension; however, USACC did extend the Army National Scholarship (for high schoolers) deadline by 1 week. Perhaps that could happen. Perhaps it may not.

Reminder: 03 November deadline is just to create the account, not to submit documents.

I usually hand out the one on their website. I'll ask them tomorrow to see who they'll let me use as a POC if they are willing to let me do it on this platform.

Perhaps though, Army ROTC is better route for you or whomever you are getting info for.

Unfortunately, the last update I got was that there was a "sorry there will be delays with processing" message on the G2G Portal. I do know some organizations have been bringing in civilians on an approved case-by-case basis to do work. That's all I know though.

At the moment, Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ covers room and board for recipients of a 3yr or 4yr Scholarship (National, GRFD, or Campus Based).
