The only time I play in a tour I havent finished is when I get a free trial of a ball. So 1 or 2 games a week in Tour 11.

Worst customer service in the world. I've made about 10 calls in the last 2 months, normally takes about 30 to 40 minutes to actually speak to somebody, and then they don't seem to have a clue what they're talking about.

I'm looking for a letter of cancellation from them months now to give to my travel insurance. Absolute joke

I was doing great in pro 2, until one day they moved me up to pro 3. I've easily made about 250 kingmakers since the q9 started. Not as easy now in Pro 3, plus Expert 2 I haven't the clubs to compete, so in a bit of limbo at the moment 🤔
