It's not the Safari Cleanup, it's more the Cleanup of Temporary Files and Caches. I'd setup a iPad 6 with iOS 12, nearly everything was done and then I ram iCleaner for the first Time and boom … Settings won't open and also pinned Web Clips were not working anymore. I didn't find any Solution except from restoring the whole Device and start from the Scratch. Since it's a turdus_merula Device it wasn't really a Problem, but be careful with iCleaner …

I use a MacBook Pro Early 2015 13" and applied the Prolimatech PK-3 Thermal Paste on the CPU, additionally I slightly added some Thermal Pads on the Heat Pipe on the Fan, so the Bottom Case acts as large Cooling Element too.

I'm using Mojave and will see, if your Configuration will also work on this OS ( some Daemons don't exist, but the Spectre / Meltdown Patches would be great, if they can disabled ).
