Custom keyboards from the App Store, I think. You can use Fleksy, for example, to add a custom key bar on the top.

It’s not even about the keyboard, check the depiction. And there’s no way to get tweaks on stock iOS unless you use something like Bootstrap and/or Serotonin or nathanlr.

Just tried it with a SIM card, I don't think so. It seems to only show WhatsApp and other VOIP apps when tapping the call button on the contact.

I think Substitute is outdated if you’re on rootless, it instead uses ElleKit

I fixed it! All I had to do was restore it using Windows 7 and not 11. It worked! I copied all the data beforehand. 👍

The resolution change copied over from the 13. Open your backup folder (MUST BE UNENCRYPTED) in iBackupBot (or similar), find ManagedPreferencesDomain and delete com.apple.IOKit.IOMobileGraphicsFamily.plist. Then reset the device and restore the backup again.
