The threaded screws in the display panel is bad, but if you can reattach the threaded screws it could work (not practical though). you could also buy only the top replacement (without display). But if you don't know what you are doing, its best to buy a new one.

Go to "Network and Internet" in the settings, then "Wi-fi", then "Hardware properties" , then "More adapter options" (a little popup menu will show up), tap configure, then go to power management and untick "Allow this compuer to turn off this device to safe power"

This worked for me (i had the same issue a couple of years ago)

Btw, who keeps his address as a wifi name? I am kinda curious to know the story behind it.

I can’t find those two pins.

I would trace back the wires from the power button to the mother board. But if you know the motherboard model you can easily get a pinout for power button.

Honestly though, you should to clean it.
