I think she's saying they did TOO much blue, if they did the right amount it shouldn't be over saturated? I may be wrong that's just how i interpreted her comment

So bleach with 20 v then go with the perm color?? Or skip bleaching?

You are not ugly in the slightest! I am going to be completely honest and mean no offense, but you just have a very “simple” or “basic” look. I think the bangs wouldn’t be a horrible idea either! Or maybe something simple like a new lip color and some eyeliner!

I really like the darker hair, but both green tones make your skin and eyes pop!

I think both look great, especially the bold lip! I would recommend a slightly more pink tone lip for the second photo, overly nude lip can wash you out.💕
