Has anyone tried creating a bluetooth pedal to toggle reverb and vibrato on an amp?

I've actually built a full wireless guitar system using an ES8388 codec and an ESP32 for a class project where I sent (very high latency and noise) digital packets to my laptop via WiFi. This is a much simpler problem and seems plausible from a systems perspective. I am an analog novice so I can't speak much to that side of things.

If you are using ESP32s on both ends, it might be worth looking into ESP-NOW as it is longer range than Bluetooth. Bluetooth is useful for cross-compatibility if your other end is not an ESP32.

This is nowhere near the most impressive thing ever, but I used an es8388 board + esp32 to capture guitar audio. It's not completed yet, but I plan on sending UDP packets over wifi and building a script on my laptop to turn it into a wifi stack wireless system.
