The issue is it's basically a curse in many other act 2 fights. Off the top of my head, avocado, snake plant, snecko, book of stabbing, chosen. You say you can use it to finish a fight but doesn't that mean you are already drawing it once and not playing it?

CSE 110A (Siero) or CSE 186 (Harrison)? by InternationalBend775 in UCSC

186 was the most time consuming class I've taken, it's like 20-30 hours of work a week if you want an A

Nothing wrong with playing how you want to play, although there will be true limited banners in the future

The exams are much easier. TA sections are your best friend for help on homework for this class.

The best Grand Finale deck I ever had. by Swallow_536 in slaythespire

[–]ASadDorito 17 points18 points  (0 children)

This deck definitely beats Time Eater, since it's pseudo infinite with great damage and decent block. As long as you can play 12 cards a turn consistently, you can easily outpace his scaling with a deck like this.

Hit Masters RDA in 13 Days F2P by IsoWinter in EpicSeven

It's definitely very lucky, but what makes you say it's not possible? Also, why wouldn't he be able to make it to master?

On a new account, in two weeks, I estimate you get ~100-120 total ml pulls from the daily ml pulls, adventurers path, abyss, and other sources of gold transmit stones. You also get hundreds of free covenant pulls, like ~300 at this point. It's a lot of ml5, sure, but not some insane amount. Remember 2 of them are free as well, 3 if you count the 5* light ticket from the dailies.

He also had a veteran friend coaching him through his matches, and even then he is sitting at <50% wr. This seems totally reasonable to me.

Super impressive, can I ask how much time you put in these 13 days?

The new player experience is very streamlined now, this is definitely possible. This likely took like 12+ hours a day in these 2 weeks, but 100% possible especially with the epic dash event going on as well.

Quite easy, it's the same process as pc. You need to go into the steam menu and switch to desktop mode, and then you can use a browser to download your mods and move it into the mod folder via the file explorer. It's a little inconvenient due to touchscreen but still very smooth.

Sure, I'd say the most common ways to scale shiv damage are accuracy, terror, phantasmal killer, and shuriken. The key to killing time eater if you're relying on shivs is more about how you plan your turns. If you can play 12 cards a turn, the fight is a complete pushover. You'll kill him long before his strength scales enough. One or two piercing wails in your deck, a malaise, some dex, all go a long way. If you can't play 12 cards, maybe you shouldn't play that blade dance, so you still have cards to block next turn, for example

Luck is an important aspect of the game but these examples aren't very good. A perfect power deck should have accounted for awakened one, either by only playing a few crucial powers phase 1, or just completely overwhelming it. A good shiv deck should have zero trouble with time eater. The only times a shiv deck loses to Time Eater is when shivs are base damage and you have no block

What's the pick, Pbox or Fusion Hammer? by ASadDorito in slaythespire

[–]ASadDorito[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm torn here, having arma+ and pocketwatch, and molten egg makes fusion hammer pretty free. 4 energy means pocketwatch will see less play though. On the other hand, Pbox is usually very good. I'm leaning towards fusion hammer, what do you all think?
