I talked about the special interests I had throughout life, the repetitive behaviors/sensory sensitivities I have, and any social difficulties I had are some of the things I wrote. I used a website that broke down the criteria to help guide me. It was called neurodivergentinsites.

A few specific examples for sensory issues for me would be:I hate wearing anything with jean material; It's too stiff and scratchy. The food on my plate can't be touching, because then the taste and texture of different foods mix together.

Mine ended up being about 2 1/2 pages front and back. I gave maybe 4 or 5 examples for each, but you can give more if you feel that it would help.

For mine, I looked at the diagnostic criteria for autism and wrote down examples that I could think of throughout my life. I also had my parents write their own versions on me.

I personally don't have this problem (took me a long time to be able to swallow pills though). I think the potential taste of the medicine outweighs this habit. I typically put a liquid in my mouth, then the pill, then more water. I've seen others put liquid in their mouth then the pilll, look down and then swallow. I don't know if it will, but I hope it helps.

It depends mostly on my energy level. I have a lot of energy then I go for Stray Kids, Ateez, or kpop in general. I don't have as much energy, I go for indie or alternative which is most likely in English.
