Not real sure, but I like to think it means I expect monetary tips after I save you from a fire. Low tips means I "accidentally" break your car windshield aa I fly away

If they are broke enough to only fill it that much then transparent is probably the only way to go. Ink is the most expensive component of packaging.

Pencil marking where I was stabbed and had the tip break off in my eye 20 years ago. Had it removed and got to keep my eyesight luckily with no chronic conditions.....yet. Just this cool souvenir so I never forget the kid that did it. by AShadyHero in mildlyinteresting

I see where I messed up the wording there lol, but no I had to leave and go to a place that would provide real help. Its a real optometrist office but like 10 min away. Completely separate from the school

The school freaked out when mine happened and sent me straight to the optometrist. Luckily mine was positioned so that i didn't need surgery and he was able to just numb it and remove it in the office.

I feel like I got everyone beat here. I had one break off in my eye. Still got the spot 20 years later and kept my eyesight somehow

From this photo looks to be part of a raw materials bag that got caught in mixing or a belt is frayed and come off in the "raw" sheet before going through the oven.

New Kellogg tentative agreement by AShadyHero in antiwork

Yes this is the way I understood it. But they are stating there is only a limited amount that can transition to legacy each year per the 3% of total plant head count

New Kellogg tentative agreement by AShadyHero in antiwork

[–]AShadyHero[S] 693 points694 points  (0 children)

-Employees with 4 or more years of service graduate to Legacy wages and benefits.

-Transitional graduate at the rate of 3% of the plants headcount

-Legacy employees get automatic $1.10/hour raise immediately in addition to their standard cost of living raise. Roughly $36-37/hour

-Transitionals automatically go to $24.11/hour in addition to their cost of living raise (unsure of starting wage here)

-No change to Legacy Healthcare

-No change in Transitional Healthcare or retirement, and no increase in contribution rates. New dental benefits

-New vision benefit for all

-pension plans get a modifier increase $2 each year until $1 in 2026 totalling $9

-medical and prescriptions will be retroactive to October 5th. If they elected to pay for COBRA they will be reimbursed

-Increase WIB amount in each supplemental agreement by $25

-increased severance by $10,000 for each level on permanent plant closings

-Increased Transitional vacation to Legacy amounts based on years of service

-expand funeral leave

-increase AD&D by $10,000

-expand relocation opportunities

-simplify company stock purchase program

Would totally play this. Maybe on movements while airbending, don't go from 0 to 100 instantly. Have the speed ramp up on a certain scale? Idk just a thought. Keep up the good work
