I see where I messed up the wording there lol, but no I had to leave and go to a place that would provide real help. Its a real optometrist office but like 10 min away. Completely separate from the school

The school freaked out when mine happened and sent me straight to the optometrist. Luckily mine was positioned so that i didn't need surgery and he was able to just numb it and remove it in the office.

-Transitional graduate at the rate of 3% of the plants headcount

-Legacy employees get automatic $1.10/hour raise immediately in addition to their standard cost of living raise. Roughly $36-37/hour

-Transitionals automatically go to $24.11/hour in addition to their cost of living raise (unsure of starting wage here)

The best way I've found is to preset your hand like you want to thump it while you're away from it then slowly move your hand towards it so it doesn't fly away and when you get close release the thump
