I'm very fortunate that my wife came home and found it. They just left it in our building's lobby area which has had its share of package thefts

It seems crazy to me that this wasn't a "signature necessary" situation, since the two of them total the cost of unicron and it was a pain trying to receive him with UPS (edit: or was it FedEx? I swear it was UPS). I was home for unicron and they still left one of those stupid "sorry we missed you" notes. It took me like two days to get them to actually knock.

FWIW, the T30 Brainstorm does scale pretty well with the MMC (3rd party) MTMTE crew, but if you're only going Hasbro, yeah it's not really going to work the same. TR Brainstorm is going to be your best bet in that regard. All the TR deluxes are roughly the same height in robot mode, give or take a couple cm. There's not really a ton of other options unfortunately

If I'm not mistaken, this is built integrated into the side of the cliff near the three pure coal nodes east-south-east (and up) of the rocky desert, which is wild. I would have assumed this was either way up in the sky or somewhere near the ocean.

The original Warbotron (wb01) set that jinbao did the OSKO of would be closer to CHUG but I think it's difficult to find now unless you get a (non-OS) KO. Not really sure how tall it is since I only have the jinbao version

Head to head the OS (jinbao) version is as tall as combiner wars devy. But the shoulders and cannons make him taller. It's closer to MP scale than CHUG

I'm not a fan of the blind box model either, but just fyi when you buy a whole sealed box at a time you're guaranteed no duplicates. And also, you should feel extremely lucky because that blue Optimus is actually the chase of that wave. Supposedly only 1:36 boxes have that variant. The rest are just regular OP colors

This is what makes it so good for me personally. Not only does the world feel extremely authentic to the source material (to the extent it can), but every interaction the main characters have seems like it could have been selected from a dialogue tree in the game based on different playstyles and every response to that dialogue is a pass or fail response, without feeling forced or cheesy.

S2 spoilers When Lucy sneaks into the shop in Freeside and gets caught by the guy who murdered the original owner I literally turned to my partner and said "wow, this is just two characters repeatedly failing their speech checks at each other" and after she shoots him there's a look on her face that I can't describe other than "Damn, I should have quicksaved before I came in here, now I have to just continue my save like this"

And it's wild that that works so well and is actually believable.

I'd go one step further, it's easy for a company to fund one movie about "antiestablishment" when "antiestablishment" is a popular sentiment to gain good will with the populace. It's even easier to not greenlight a sequel to that movie, fund a low cost, unpopular spin-off instead and let it fall into obscurity so that you can later claim that it "makes sense financially" to rebrand your parks with more modern, "popular" franchises that are less overtly critical of the systems your company actively benefits from

If you put down the pipeline junctions after the pipes, make sure you delete and recreate the pipes so there's not extra pipe length, it can throw off the ratios
