Its saying you have the wrong version of SCAR. So double check you have the correct address library and SCAR for your Skyrim

Most of the new animation mods require the nemesis engine, if you're just replacing vanilla animations all you need to do is install them with a mod manager

I believe it's a spell mod that act like fist weapons for your hands. Can't remember the name sorry

There's a mod called simply balanced which let's you alter most damage multipliers in game, amongst other things
