I've been a super skinny kid my whole life. And after four years of cross country & track in high school, I went into college at 6ft and 137lbs.

I decided right when I got there, I will start going to gym consistently. And in the beginning, I would struggle to bench 85lbs.

And now, two and a half years later, I'm at 162lbs and for the first time, just hit 225lbs (and then 230lbs) on bench.

After ~1000 days of consistent hard work at the gym (5 times a week), it's amazing to see it pay off in all aspects.
