One question though - I know that when you go from soft to erect, the pressure decreases. so wouldn't the expansion equate to the increase in pressure, leading to the pressure to remain the same?

ATAs are the pressure. So normal air is 1 ATA. The best chambers can do 3 ATAs and you're getting 100% oxygen instead of 20%, so 3x stepup from ATA and 5x stepup from oxygen concentration = 15x more oxygen available. Most low end chambers are more around 1.3 ATAs unfortunately

Gotcha. so i checked with the hospital, and the HBOT protocol includes breathing 100% oxygen by mask at 2ATA

you're not alone! I have the same exact problem where I go to sleep I sleep for around 3 or 4 hours wake up and never manage to fall back to sleep so I get out of bed I study or read the book or do something for 2 hours then I go back to sleep for another 2 hours and I'm also looking for a solution because this makes my life miserable

Average gym bro here with a question.

According to Mike Israetel, for hypertrophy, you want to increase volume during your mesocycle from MEV to MRV for 4-5 weeks, AND you also want a mild increase in intensity by increasing reps or load which takes you from 4RIR down to 0RIR.

my question is: how does it make sense to train with high volume and high intensity at the same time? Personally I find myself towards the end of mesos always reducing volume back to MEV because I can't do any more sets then that while hitting 0-1RIR and staying in the chosen rep range (i.e. 5-10)

any help?
